Established in 2007, Versar International Middle East Engineering and Project Management LLC has been instrumental in the creation and completion of the country’s stunning landmark and high-end development projects that showcase the UAE as a tourism and investment powerhouse in the region.
Versar International ME LLC has been entrusted by our valued clients with the management and control of several prestigious developments in Abu Dhabi and throughout the Middle East. We have the skilled personnel and experts required to manage risk, monitor capital investment, and apply creative/adaptive problem-solutions throughout all phases of the program life cycle.
The key to success is our ability to manage a project and deliver a quality product on time and on budget. To do this, we have adopted industry-standard Program Management techniques from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Working with appropriate stakeholders, the Company’s professional managers develop a functional scope of work on which to base the project and clearly identify the task at hand. Continuous quality assurance checks, as well as quality and safety audits, allows us to identify processes, products and procedures that need to be corrected and improved.
Our seasoned management staff (including LEED and PMI certified professionals) works tirelessly with our client partners and other consults beginning with program conception through final operational completion.
