Health and Safety Policy

VIAP, Inc. Asia-Pacific is committed to protect the health and well-being of its employees, and shall demonstrate this commitment by providing healthy and safe working conditions for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders, in accordance with applicable laws, the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards, PNS OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems - Requirements, and other requirements. Toward this end, the leadership of VIAP, Inc. Asia-Pacific shall provide direction and commitment toward prevention and control of injury and ill health; the ultimate goal is zero incidents.

VIAP, Inc. Asia-Pacific, where possible, shall prevent injury and ill health, continually improve its Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) by adequately controlling risks for all reasonable hazards, and by developing, maintaining, and evaluating for appropriateness its health and safety programs. Employees and other interested parties shall be consulted about company activities that could affect their health and safety.
