VIAP's reconstruction program in Iraq is a concrete example of the company’s specialization in delivering world class value-added engineering and program and construction management in challenging environments.  To date, we have provided full-agency program management and quality assurance services for multi-billion dollar US federal projects.  Our company maintains two offices in Iraq, one in the International Zone and the other in Kurdistan region, manned by over 400 professionals.

VIAP Iraq has demonstrated the capability to lead a large workforce and subcontractors for several contracts with the US Armed Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) and the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).  Our program and construction management solutions contribute significantly to the rebuilding of Iraqi communities.
